In the past, when the concept of brick machine pallets did not exist, the market commonly used leftover construction templates, soft pine, bamboo plywood, and PVC boards as brick machine pallets. However, these boards were often not waterproof, easily deformed, cracked, not wear-resistant, or not temperature-resistant, making them brittle and short-lived.
Our founder, Mr. Jin Yiping, discovered GMT scrap by chance. This scrap was primarily disposed of by burning, but it is a material containing fiberglass, PP, and PET. When hot-pressed, it becomes very strong with excellent impact resistance, waterproof, temperature-resistant, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, fully meeting the market's requirements for brick machine pallets. GMT pallets are solid fiberglass-reinforced plastic boards with good vibration transmission. Concrete bricks made using GMT pallets are solid, dimensionally accurate, and have smooth surfaces. Therefore, the emergence of GMT pallets has not only protected the environment but also provided a perfect product for the industry.
With the booming real estate and construction industries, the concrete brick industry continues to evolve, and the production efficiency of brick machines is steadily improving. Consequently, customer requirements for brick machine pallets have also increased. To meet the production needs of European large-scale equipment, we developed steel-edged pallets, which have been successfully applied to European brand brick machines such as MASA, HESS, and OMAG. Now, with the increasing number of fully automated production lines with curing systems, we are in the process of developing high-temperature curing pallets. Please look forward to our new products.
